Notice to Vacate

Please be sure your notice to vacate is submitted a minimum of 30 days prior to the last day of your lease agreement. A quick acknowledgement of receipt of your notice to vacate will be emailed the next business day after it is received. A detailed “move out” instruction email will be sent around the first day of the month you are moving out. Please send an email to denver@purepm.co if you do not receive the acknowledgement email or the detailed “move out” instruction email. As a reminder, we will need your current email address and phone numbers as well as your new (forwarding) address. Thank you!
